About Me

I am passionate about teaching people how to eat and train for their goals so they can rock a body and lifestyle that just feels good to be in without giving up their life in the process.

I believe that having an informed approach with both your nutrition + training in understanding the how's, what's and why's of what goes on behind the scenes to get "there" is incredibly empowering.

I love supporting people in their pursuit of being Sustainably Jacked aka looking like they lift and trusting themselves more in their fitness journey.

I'm Ocean Trail (yes, that's my real name) -

Hey there!

MY MISSION

"You've gotta make the move in order to go from good to GREAT"

supporting my clients on their personal growth journey that they go through during and after our time working together

Helping my clients improve their relationship with food and reinforcing that it's possible to eat all of the foods they love without resorting to fad diets to accomplish their goals

Holding my clients accountable to the goals they set by working as a team to challenge their self limiting beliefs, work through challenges and overcome obstacles that have been standing in the way

What I love about my job

I am the oldest and the shortest of all my siblings... I am 5'10"

fun facts about me

I live in sunny California with my gorgeous husband and our two adorable wiener dogs Copper and Dash.

In my free time you can find me wandering the isles of
TJ Maxx for more decorative pillows I probably don't need, binge watching Netflix, eating pizza, hanging out with family, or dancing and signing around the house to some Whitney Houston.

A Few of My Favorites Things

Fitness, health and performance have always been a huge part of my life. As a former NCAA Division-I college athlete and now swammer, I value fitness and over all wellbeing as an investment in becoming the best version of yourself.

I love lifting and I love looking jacked but more importantly I love feeling strong and able. I also love food, like a lot, which is why I am so passionate about helping others find their balance of having both within their fitness journey.

More About Me

One of my biggest fears in life is being static. I never want to feel like I am not making progress and evolving mentally, physically or emotionally in some way shape or form. I feel the most elevated when I know I've done something that propels me forward.

One of my favorite parts about coaching is educating and empowering others  so they can show up confidently in their lives and trust themselves more.
