I'm a certified nutrition coach and strength + conditioning specialist who is passionate about educating successful people (just like you!) on the "how" and "why" behind their program so they can feel empowered throughout the process. My role as your coach is to work one-on-one with you by providing structure, accountability and guidance on how to confidently make strides in your fitness journey without getting overwhelmed or stuck again.

TJ Maxx for decorative pillows I probably don't need, binge watching Netflix series with my husband, eating pizza, hanging out with family, or dancing around my house jamming to some good music.
Fitness, health and performance have always been a huge part of my life. As a former NCAA Division-I college athlete and now swammer, I value fitness and over all wellbeing as an investment in becoming the best version of yourself.
I love lifting and I love looking jacked but more importantly I love feeling strong and able. I also love food, like a lot, which is why I am so passionate about helping others find their balance within their fitness journey.
One of my biggest fears in life is staying the same. I never want to feel like I am not making progress and evolving mentally, physically or emotionally in some way shape or form. I feel most elevated when I know I've done something that propels me forward.
